Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how flag7x handles information when you use the App.
1. Overview
flag7x is designed so that the core photo and video capture experience works primarily on-device. We do not upload or store the photos or videos you capture with the App on our servers. However, the App may use an internet connection for limited purposes such as in-app purchases, subscription management and validation, analytics, crash and performance reporting, and advertising attribution or campaign measurement.
We do not require you to create an account or provide personal contact details in order to use the App.
2. Information We Do Not Receive
We do not receive, collect, or store on our servers:
- the photos or videos you capture with the App;
- your full photo library contents;
- the watermark-free versions of photos previously captured while you were using the free tier; or
- uploaded media for retroactive editing, because the App does not function as a general media-upload editing service.
3. Information We May Receive
Depending on how you use the App and your device settings, we or our service providers may receive limited information such as:
- purchase, subscription, and transaction status information from Apple related to in-app purchases;
- basic app usage and feature-interaction data;
- crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data;
- device, operating system, and app-version information relevant to analytics and troubleshooting; and
- advertising attribution or campaign-performance information used to understand marketing effectiveness.
We use this information to operate the App, understand usage, measure marketing performance, troubleshoot issues, improve features, and maintain reliability.
4. Permissions and Device Access

5. Apple and Third-Party Services
Apple processes in-app purchases, subscription renewals, cancellations, and related billing through your Apple ID account. We do not directly receive your full payment card information.
The App may also rely on third-party analytics, diagnostics, and advertising attribution tools. Those services may receive limited technical and usage information as described in this Policy, but we do not provide them with the photos or videos you capture in the App.
6. Offline Functionality
The App is designed so that its core capture functionality can work without a continuous internet connection. If your device is offline, some network-dependent features or background services, such as purchase validation, subscription management, analytics, diagnostics, or attribution reporting, may be limited or unavailable until connectivity is restored.
7. Photo Metadata and Sharing
If you grant location permission, the App may add location metadata to photos you capture. That metadata may remain associated with the file when you store, back up, export, or share the photo using your device, Apple services, or third-party apps. You are responsible for reviewing and managing the metadata you choose to include when sharing your photos.
8. Data Storage and Security
Media processing occurs on-device. Captured photos and videos are stored on your device or in services you choose to use for backup or syncing, such as Apple Photos or iCloud. Those storage, backup, and syncing services are governed by Apple's or the applicable third party's policies, not ours.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age at which parental consent is required under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect photos or videos captured in the App on our servers, and we do not knowingly ask users to create an account or submit direct-contact information in order to use the App. If you believe a child has provided us personal information through another channel, we will review the request and take appropriate action.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” above and may also provide notice in the App, in App Store materials, or both. Your continued use of the App after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Policy. The current version is available at flag7x.com/privacy.
